SERVICE TEAMS are a powerful tool in women’s ministries.

SERVICE TEAMS help women fulfill the biblical call to love and serve others. They help us learn to love God more and grow in our relationship with Jesus. We are to pattern our lives after Jesus. “He came not to be served, but to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many” Matthew 20:28 . He modeled service for us when he washed the feet of the disciples in John 13:1-17 . He humbled himself to meet the most basic needs. Service means, “to be of use”. The Bible never calls for us to be spectators or worse, to be needy creatures who continually enjoy being served without ever returning the favor by serving others, in fact, the Bible makes it quite clear that each Christian has been given a gift and is expected to us that gift for the benefit of the body. God has created each of us to be active in our faith and not one of us will be completely within God’s will until we are exercising the gifts and talents He has given us.

• Communion Preparation
• Baptismal Clothing
• Bulletin Boards (CWF – Community)
• Decorating the Dining Hall
• Decorating the Sanctuary and Vestibule
• Gardening
